You must apply to the Education Authority for your child to receive free school meals for this year, even if they received them last year.
Currently there are many children who received measl last year who are not on the list for this year.
Applications are made online.

School meals are available from Wednesday 1st September, but free school meals can ONLY be provided to those children listed by EA after their applcation has been approved.
