We are all looking forward to Sports Day on Wednesday, it is a welcome change to be confident it will be dry, but please stay safe in what is forecast to be a very sunny day. 

The children can wear their own sports gear (shorts/ leggings, t-shirts, trainers) Hats are essential! Please apply sun cream before the children come to school, and send some in with them so they can reapply it at lunch time. Please make sure the children have lots to drink .It would be ideal  if they could bring two two water bottles, one for the classroom and one to bring outside.

Friends of Rosetta are providing an ice pop for every child to have during the break between the sprint and novelty races. The teachers will distribute these when the children are inside.

They are also selling tea, coffee and soft drinks (£1) and bottles of water (50p) and ice pops (20p) for the spectators. Please bring cash, the correct money is always appreciated!

Sports Day starts at 9.15 and will be over by 12 noon. The break is likely to be between 10.15 and 10.30am.
